In The Gallery Copenhagen opened its door in 2012 as a contemporary art gallery in the centre of Copenhagen, dedicated to showcasing emerging and established artists working predominantly with camera-based art. While our main focus is on photography, In The Gallery occasionally widens its curatorial scope to include exhibitions by artists working in other media, particularly if the artworks establish an aesthetic or conceptual connection to photography.

While the gallery spaces in in Copenhagen and Palma serve as our  head-quarters   and   showroom, In   The  Gallery  is  also  very  involved  in  the international art scene through annual participation in several major inter-national art fairs.

The  exhibition  programme  is  created  by  in-house  or visiting curators. In addition to  showcasing  innovative art, we also host artist’s  talks, and other interactions between artists and audience.

In The Gallery Palma Museum´s gallery is located in the heart of the contemporary art square, in close proximity to the contemporary Art Museum Es Baluard in Palma.

It is the only art gallery in town focused on contemporary fine art photography. We showcase and bring the work of Scandinavian artists to the International art scene. Some of them are Jacob Gils, Soren Solkaer, Lise Johansson, Stephan Schnedler, Markus Klinko, Werner Van Reck, Lea Jessen, Dan Laustsen, Carsten Ingemann, Vee Speers, Camila Echavarria.
